Please, be careful with "with very little configuration". Sometimes people read this and think "good, just make a download from Internet and put my website running". This is a big mistake because a website is just not a software but a lot of techniques and studies to create a good represetantion in the web.
In Brazil we use a term to these people: nephew; is a guy that receive few coins to make a website using this kind of toos and the preal professionals need to come after in the scene to solve the problems that these guys make.
